Synopsis

In a very difficult moment in which we have the feeling that Dance has stopped to exist, and in which the theaters are empty and silent, Fordlandia is a show created to dream about better moments, to hope that we’re reaching the light at the end of the tunnel, and mostly to believe that the distance that we’re experiencing is temporary but the love we share is permanent.

The one hour performance, in one act, it’s represented simultaneously in 2 dimensions, on film and on stage.
It opens to the actual view of an empty theater with no audience, and a naked stage where 2 dancers troubled by the situation, do the best and only thing they can do to face this emptiness: to dance and to travel in their minds to a dream world where they can live a better reality.
A trip which by the end fills them with hope and peace.

This will be a trip that each person in the audience will read differently depending on their state of mind. They will be able to decide in between reality and dream, in between loss and hope. Because the only goal is for them to join and feel the dream together with us.
