Celso Hernando

Technical Director

Born and raised in Ávila, Spain. 

He studied in Valladolid where he started working as Stagehand in Teatro Calderón, from there he went to Salamanca's Teatro Liceo in 2005 and 2006.

In fall of 2006, he traveled to Granada to study Lighting technics in Escénica School of arts, starting the next spring to work for Granada's services companies as Sonobalance, Sinestar or Proaudio.

In 2008, he became a part of the workforce of the Nuevo Teatro Infanta Leonor in Jaén, where, nowadays, he still works as stagehand. In 2010, he worked as head lighting technician in Teatro Isidoro Maíquez, Granada, combining both jobs.

In 2011, he moved to Madrid to work for Fluge, coming back the next year to Granada seeking a new job opportunity.

In 2012, he was a part of the lighting desingners team for Pullmantur Cruises, touring around the world an co-desinging and desinging more than fifteen shows.

From that experience arises the posibility of desingning the lights for the shows of the magician Jorge Moreno, one of the premieres being in Mirabilandia amusement park in Rávenna, Italy.

In 2014, he began to work as lighting techincian and operator for Producciones Faraute. Job which lasts till december of 2022. In that time he also became the head technician and technic director, touring with the succesfull shows “Insolación” directed by Luis Luque or “Divinas palabras” and “La casa de Bernarda Alba”, both directed by Jose Carlos Plaza. Special mention to the show “La guerra de las mujeres” whose premiere was at the Classic theater Festival of Mérida, directed by Jose Carlos Plaza and starring by Estrella Morente.

At the same time he used to work as operator for ALV, operating lights in some of the most important electronic music festivals in Granada and Málaga and lots of live music shows and festivals all around Spain.

Currently he lives in the coast of Granada and is a part of the technical crew of Gondelac, becoming a part of it in 2022 touring with the shows “Fordlandia” and “In the still of the night”.

Gianluca Battaglia

Stage Director & Assistant

Born in Italy, he began his professional development at the Scala Di Milano school and graduated from the Ècole atelier Rudra Bejart Lausanne.

As a solo dancer, he has worked in companies such as the Víctor Ullate Ballet, Scottish Ballet, Ballet de la Generalitat Valenciana, Teatro del Maggiomusicale di Firenze, and Arena di Verona, among others.

He has danced choreographies such as those of Nacho Duato, William Forsythe, Ohad Naharin, Víctor Ullate, Maurice Bejart, Thierry Malandain, as well, among many others.

Since 2017, he has been a ballet teacher and assistant director of the Victor Ullate Ballet; He also works as a ballet teacher in the Moravian Ballet of the Czech Republic.

He is a guest teacher in European companies and a judge in national and international competitions.

Currently, he is a stage director and assistant for Goldenlac Productions.
